For most of us, "hard sell" conjures up a less than pretty picture. You might even go so far as to say it smacks of intimidation, of someone trying to sell sometrhing we wouldn't buy unless we were talked into buying it.
My approach to real estate is something quite different. It says "Welcome, come look around. Get a feel for who I am and how I can help you." I want to present my overall view of truly exceptional service.
To my way of thinking, a hard sell hopes to initiate a sale with a one time exposure. My approach is to cultivate you as a long time client by becoming your real estate advisor. A hard sell might move a particular property or service but it does not necessarily create long-term repeat clients.
I am dedicated to treating the client like I want to be treated. It's that simple. I'm here to help you in making what for most people, is the largest single investment of their lives. But I'm here to stay out of your way when you want me to. I'm all about service. It's all about you, the client not me, the broker.
I will assist you in anyway you may feel you need assistance in the home buying/selling process. I will provide you with some basic information if you need it, and then I'll let you browse to your hearts content. If you find that you need questions answered, then I'll be there to answer them. If you feel like you need assistance searching, I'll provide you with a list of 5-6 homes that meet your criteria...not my criteria. When you find several homes that are interesting, you contact me and we'll have fun going to look at them.
